TORONTO - The man who led Jack FM to the top of Vancouver's ratings book this spring has been lured back to Toronto to run Rogers Radio's Jack outlet.

Pat Cardinal has been hired as station manager and program director. "We're thrilled," Rogers Radio president Gary Miles told www.broadcastermagazine.com this morning.

Miles declined to elaborate on when further hires will be announced, given that Cardinal will be making those decisions.
