BARRIE - The Central Canada Broadcast Engineers annual conference will begin a day earlier this year with a special presentation.

Usually a Friday to Sunday gathering, a special Thursday presentation is planned this year where from 10 a.m. to noon, Comlab will lead a seminar on the Davicom Mac products, with hands on programming of the interface, and so forth. After lunch, Jane Inglis, will lead the session entitled "An Engineers Guide to MP3."

After her will be a Wicks broadcast presentation by Bill Moldt, and then the CHUM engineering meeting.

Friday and Saturday at the Horseshoe Valley Resort near Barrie, will be, as usual, filled with papers and presentations and awards with the popular golf tourney scheduled for Saturday afternoon.
