Musicrypt Inc. is pleased to announce that NEXT Music, one of France's leading independent record labels, has agreed to commence trials of Musicrypt's Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS).

"DMDS can help us to better service our product to radio stations", said Xavier de Portal, President of NEXT Music. "DMDS offers us a secure, faster and more efficient method to deliver our product to radio and internally."

"We are very pleased to have NEXT Music as our first European label to undertake a live pilot program," said John Heaven, President and CEO of Musicrypt. "It is one of France's leading independent labels with the largest catalogue of world music. This first European development builds on our success in Canada where DMDS is being used by the major record labels internally and to service radio throughout the country."

Musicrypt's Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS) enables user-friendly and secure distribution of media via the Internet. DMDS is a web-based content delivery system that pioneers secure digital file distribution by incorporating biometrics. The first application of DMDS replaces the physical distribution of new musical recordings by record companies from the studio, internally, and to radio stations with more secure, more effective and less costly digital distribution via the Internet. DMDS delivers broadcast quality media from the sender securely and on time to authorized recipients. DMDS delivers the content person-to-person, rather than machine-to-machine.
