Dielectric Communications is pleased to announce the following changes at their Raymond, Maine Broadcast Headquarters.
Jay Martin has been promoted to Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Jay began his career in the broadcast industry over 25 years ago and has been with Dielectric, in positions of increasing responsibility, since 1985. Jay received his BS from the University of Maine, Orono, and his MBA from Husson College in Bangor, Maine.
According to John Capasso, President of Dielectric, “Jay’s strong technical and sales background makes him the perfect candidate to head the Sales and Marketing team. His vast understanding of the industry and the needs of the broadcast community provide an ideal foundation for his new position.”
Dan Ozley has accepted the position of Vice President, International Business Development. Prior to joining Dielectric in 2000, Dan had worked in domestic and international sales with Lockheed Martin, Scientific-Atlanta and Harris Corporation. Dan earned his BS degree in Management from Auburn University, Alabama and his MS degree in Industrial Management from the University of North Dakota.
Mr. Capasso commented, “Dan’s new position will allow him to fully utilize his extensive international experience for Dielectric’s growth outside the domestic market.”
