XM Canada Signs Multi-Year Agreement With Harley-Davidson

XM Canada, announced today a multi-year
distribution agreement with Harley-Davidson(R) motorcycles. Harley-Davidson is the world's leading premier motorcycle manufacturer.

The XM Canada service is currently available for Harley-Davidson 2006 models as a dealer-installed aftermarket option. Under the new distribution
agreement, select models will offer the XM Canada service pre-installed and include three months' of promotional 100-channel XM Canada premium service.

Stewart Lyons, XM Canada's executive vice
president said "XM Canada is thrilled to make our first non-automotive distribution agreement with the legendary Harley-Davidson and we are excited
by the opportunity to enhance the riding experience for Harley-Davidson owners with the addition of the best onboard entertainment option available."
