MuchMusic and Veteran’s Affairs partner to connect with Canadian youth through an innovative Veterans Week awareness campaign. The goal is to inform youth that today’s Canadian veterans aren’t just older generations – in fact, in many cases, they may be much close to their own age.
Tailored to be relevant for youth, the campaign aims to engage them interactively on some of their favourite forums – both on-air and online. A special 30 second co-branded promotional spot was created to promote the initiative along with a Veteran’s Week microsite that features an interactive quiz, music downloads, and music playlists from young Veterans.

The campaign concludes with a Remembrance Day VideoFlow special with MuchMusic VJ Sarah Taylor and three young Canadian Veterans on November 11 at 11 a.m. ET on MuchMusic.
