In a Cityline first the show goes on the road from Tuesday, June 26 to Friday, June 29. Hot on the heels of the Cityline refresh unveiled earlier this week, host Tracy Moore gets another change of scenery in beautiful Alberta – dishing the latest on décor, beauty, fashion, and food with her sold-out live audience of western fans. The special live-on-location in Alberta episodes of Cityline will begin airing the week of July 2 on Citytv.
“After 28 years of welcoming viewers to the Cityline studio, now for the first time, we are taking the studio on the road to connect with our fans across the country in a whole new way,” said Jordan Schwartz, Vice-President, In-House Productions, Rogers Media.
The show's first stop in the west is Calgary’s Chinook Centre on Tuesday, June 26 and Wednesday, June 27, where Moore will explore home décor, food, and fashion with her trusted guest experts – all with a special Calgarian flair. Adding a western flavour to the show’s leading lifestyle content, local Olympians stop by to model the latest fashions, while critically-acclaimed Canadian country music artist George Canyon performs.
The Cityline western adventure continues at Edmonton’s Kingsway Mall on Friday, June 29 with a special “Makeover Madness” event. Cityline makeup artists Dino Dilio and Derek Selby, along with hair stylist Grace Tartaglia, are joined by local stylists to make over three lucky audience members. And, fashion guru Lynn Spence showcases the latest trends with fashions from the Kingsway Mall.
