MONTREAL, Nov. 19, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - Ingenio, Loto-Québec's research
and development subsidiary, awarded five prizes to showcase the
excellence and ingenuity of Québec companies who have set themselves
apart in the field of mobile solutions.
Recipients of the three Mobiz BUSINESS Awards, the Mobiz STARTUP Award
and the Panel's Honourable Mention were announced during the Mobiz
Mobile Congress presented by the Canada Media Fund and organized by
Alliance mobilité. The event was held at the Hilton Montréal
Bonaventure Hotel.

indicators of the robustness of Québec's mobile ecosystem as well as of
the creative and innovative strength of companies in that growing
business sector," said Yvon Théorêt, Director of Technologies at
Ingenio, who chaired the selection panel of six Québec mobile industry
representatives. The panel was tasked with selecting all award
finalists and deciding on winners for the three Mobiz BUSINESS Awards
and the Panel's Honourable Mention, while the Mobiz STARTUP Award
winner was voted by Mobiz Congress participants after each finalist
made a brief presentation of their project.
