MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - Jan. 23, 2024) - SENSIO Technologies Inc. ("SENSIO" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:SIO) today announced the new composition of its Board of Directors following the Annual Meeting held earlier today in Montreal.
As a result of today's election, the Board of Directors has a new member, namely Gad Elmoznino. Mr. Elmoznino replaces Georges Karam, who left the Board at the end of his term. The Board of Directors now consists of:
- Mathieu Péloquin - Chairman of the Board and member of the audit committee
- Yvan Goineau - Director and Chairman of the Audit Committee
- Yann Paquet - Director and member of the Audit Committee
- Gad Elmoznino - Director
- Nicholas Routhier - Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Stock options
The Company announced today that effective January 23, 2024 its Board of Directors approved the grant of a total of 115,000 stock options to the Board members. These stock options entitle them to purchase an equivalent number of shares at a price of $0,155 per share, representing the closing price on January 22, 2024. The stock options will expire on January 23, 2024.
