Novanet Partners with Beyond Communications

    • Novanet Communications Limited  and Beyond Communications Inc a satellite service provider operating a North American satellite network in support of rural and remote Enterprise business operations, jointly announced today the completion of Novanet’s investment as an equal equity partner in BCom.

    For more than 25 years, the Novanet team has designed, engineered and commissioned equipment installations and solutions for some of the country’s largest networks for both national TV and radio broadcasters, as well as global telecommunication enterprises.

    During that time,Novanet has also built and operated dedicated SCPC and shared DVB andVSATsatellite hubs for both Ku and C band. Similarly, BCom’s focus has been the operation of its North American carrier-grade satellite network to support largeEnterpriseclients in the mining and energy sectors.

     “We have had a long-standing and respectful relationship with the BCom management team” states Joe Uyede, President and CEO Novanet. “We now have high expectations for new market penetration once we share our strengths and obvious synergies”.     The partnership will expand the companies’ reach across the country. Together,Novanetand BCom will jointly have presence in Vancouver,Calgary,Toronto,Ottawa,Montreal and Quebec City.
