Artel Appoints Incospec as Canadian Distributor

Artel Video Systems manufacturers of video transport and routing systems, today announced the appointment of Incospec Communications Inc. as their national Canadian distribution channel.
"Incospec's formula of sales and systems integration is the perfect match for Artel as we expand our Telco grade products deeper into broadcast infrastructure. Incospec will help us to deliver Artel solutions to the Canadian market" says Kevin Ancelin, Vice President of Sales and Business Development of Artel.
The Digilink chassis accepts various functional application modules which allows for multiple solutions existing within the same chassis. Newer modules, for example UHD 4K or 3G-SDI, are backwards compatible with older chassis', thus allowing for cost effective upgrades and capital investment protection over a longer period of time.
"Artel offers solutions for a wide variety of formats including 4K, SDI, ASI, GigE and 10 GigE with functionality such as trunking, optical multiplexing, JPEG 2024, routing and switching over fibre, IP and optical networks. This product line is a natural fit for the types of project Incospec is engaged in", says Ken New, VP Sales of Incospec.
