Technical Support Specialist

Masstech Group Inc. is growing! We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our Technical Support Team. As a member of the Technical Support Team, you will handle a high volume of both technical and customer service calls, gathering information to solve their problems quickly. Afternoon shifts, travel and on call duties are expected.

Requirements Technical Support Manager:
-Education: college or technologist diploma
-5 years of work experience in similar position(s) preferred
- Leadership/Management experience
- Broadcast Experience preferred
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic
- Highly capable with Windows operating systems Unix trouble-shooting, and customer communications
-Experience with automation systems, video servers and networking infrastructure helpful

-Customer phone / email inquiry resolution
-Customer issue tracking and reporting
-Electronics and software system troubleshooting

Software Installation:
-Load software, drivers, and configuration onto customer systems

Finished Goods System Testing:
-Quality assurance of product prior to shipment
- Internal Masstech system support
