TORONTO - Canadian rockers Our Lady Peace will help CHUM Television bring viewers the first ever high definition concert to be broadcast in Canada.

"Our Lady Peace Live in Alberta" will air Monday, June 30th at 8:00pm ET on Citytv HD - Rogers Channel 286, Bell ExpressVu Channel 265 as well as on Hamilton's Mountain Cable and Source Cable and Wireless' HD channels.

Citytv Toronto and Vancouver will simulcast. MusiquePlus will air the concert Tuesday, July 1st at 7:00pm ET. MuchMusic will air on Wednesday, July 2nd at 9:00pm ET.

"Our Lady Peace Live in Alberta" was recorded live in January on their "Fear Of The Trailer Park" tour, as the band played to sold-out crowds at Calgary's Pengrowth Saddledome and Edmonton's SkyReach Centre. Shot with six high-definition cameras and directed by MusiquePlus director Rafael Oullet, the show was recorded in its entirety for OLP's upcoming first live album and their first DVD to be released this fall.

The set list includes "Superman's Dead", "Innocent", "Not Enough", "Clumsy" and "Somewhere Out There."

Our Lady Peace's latest album "Gravity" was released in North America last June and has surpassed double platinum in Canada (200,000+ copies) and gold (one million) in the United States. "Gravity" debuted at No. 2 in Canada and No. 9 on the Billboard Top 200 in the United States. The singles "Somewhere Out There" and "Innocent" have topped the charts on radio and MuchMusic.
