  • Corus Entertainment is opening up the magical world of Disney Junior with the launch of the Disney Junior App, an interactive app for mobile and tablet devices. Free to Disney Junior subscribers, the App gives fans access to top-rated shows on Disney Junior,  anywhere and anytime they want.

Joining Corus’ full suite of TV Everywhere apps, the Disney Junior App allows users who log in with their cable subscription to watch a live 24-hour feed of the Disney Junior channel, access exclusive content that can be streamed on tablets and mobile devices, and watch full-length episodes on-demand for series such as Sofia the First, Miles From Tomorrowland, PJ Masks, and The Lion Guard. The App can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store or Google Play in Canada.

This month on the Disney Junior App, viewers can watch the season four premiere of family favourite series Doc McStuffins dubbed Doc McStuffins: Toy Hospital. In the premiere, Doc’s grandmother transports Doc to the magical world of McStuffinsville where she will carry on a family tradition by expanding her practice to the McStuffins Toy Hospital as the Chief Resident. The episode features guest stars Anthony Anderson (ABC’s black-ish) and Dawnn Lewis (A Different World). Doc McStuffins: Toy Hospital premieres on the Disney Junior channel Saturday, July 30  and will be available the same day on the Disney Junior App.
