Four Networks to Unveil Montreal’s 375th Anniversary Programming

  • Audiences will have the chance to discover the programming for Montréal’s 375th anniversary celebrations during a show created especially for the occasion. The 90-minute program will be broadcast on Sunday, December 11, on four major television channels: ICI Radio-Canada Télé, Télé-Québec, TVA and V.

    This unique show, which was created and produced by Salvail & Co, will not only unveil Montréal’s 375th anniversary programming, but it will also pay special tribute to the city.

    True to the 375th’s editorial line of building bridges, the event offers a unique opportunity to create partnerships between artists and artisans as well as between four networks via the simultaneous broadcast.

     

    “This major show will give the public an incredible opportunity to learn more about our city and even rediscover it,” said Denis Coderre, Mayor of Montréal. “It will also give us a sneak peek at the programming for the celebrations during the incredible year 2024 will be in Montréal.”

    “We wanted to create a buzz around the presentation of the program,” added Gilbert Rozon, Commissioner for Montréal’s 375th Anniversary Celebrations. “The partnership of four major networks is exceptional. With this simultaneous broadcast, we’ll experience a unique moment in television! This is an invitation to everyone who loves Montréal to come celebrate our city’s dynamism in 2024.”
