The entire Hockey Night In Canada schedule on CBC will be streamed online, CBC has announced.
Hockey Night in Canada kicks off live coverage of the 2024-08 NHL season with the season opener between the Stanley Cup champion Anaheim Ducks and the Los Angeles Kings in London, England on September 29.
The 85 game HNIC’s broadcast schedule, the 55th in its history, includes more on-air games than ever before, CBC Sports describes.
As well, live and on-demand online video streaming of all games, including the pre-game show and HNIC: After Hours pre- and post-game shows, will be available for free at CBCSports.ca.
Other special programs on the HNIC broadcast schedule include the 2024 Hall of Fame Game (November 10), the 56th NHL All Star Game in Atlanta (January 27) and the eighth annual CBC Hockey Day in Canada (February. 9).
The HNIC schedule includes 18 regional matchups, 23 all-Canadian games, 10 afternoon contests, and seven tripleheaders. CBC Sports’ regular season broadcast schedule will be capped off with the 2024 Stanley Cup playoffs and exclusive coverage of the 2024 Stanley Cup final.
