It is with great sadness and sorrow that the management team at Image Video announces the sudden passing of our Chairman Andrejs “Andy” Vanags on December 6, 2024 at the age of 69.
Andy will be sadly missed by friends, family and co-workers. Andy has been the face and voice behind Image Video and our products for over 34 years.
Andy worked in the broadcast industry for nearly 45 years, and touched the lives of many within the broadcast community. Many in the industry started careers with Image Video and Andy.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 10th from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at the R.S. Kane Funeral Home 6150 Yonge Street, Toronto. A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, December 11th at 11 a.m. in the Chapel.
